Dies ist f\u00fcr die Implantate nachteilig und hat auch weitere Folgen: Es ist kein Zufall, dass f\u00fcr Implantate, die unter herausnehmbare Zahnprothesen eingesetzt werden \u2013 sofern \u00fcberhaupt eine Garantie gew\u00e4hrt wird \u2013, in der Regel eine deutlich k\u00fcrzere Garantiezeit gilt \u2013 siehe folgende Tabelle.\u00a0<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Wir m\u00f6chten Sie auf einen einzigen, aber sehr wichtigen Umstand hinweisen! Viele Patienten sind bereits mit einer vor 2\u20133 Jahren an anderer Stelle eingesetzten festsitzenden Zahnprothese auf Mini-Implantaten zu uns gekommen: Die Prothese bewegt sich, wackelt wieder und l\u00e4sst sich leicht herausnehmen. Der Grund daf\u00fcr ist, dass sich die Titan-Kugelverankerung am Implantat abgenutzt hat. Diese ist nicht austauschbar. Das Problem l\u00e4sst sich nur l\u00f6sen, indem die Implantate entfernt und durch neue Implantate sowie eine neue Zahnprothese ersetzt werden.\u00a0<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">In der Hal\u00e1sz-Klinik verwenden wir ausschlie\u00dflich Mini-Implantate, bei denen die Prothese austauschbar ist.
